I ordered on Tuesday to be delivered on Sunday, Mother's Day by 3:15pm. I was called bt the Dasher picking up the food -they were told it would be at least another 2 hours. I have been calling and on hold for over 30 minutes now-Where is my food?

We went in yesterday for late lunch and the restaurant was pretty empty. We had a very nice waiter who was attentive the entire time. However, the appetizer plates we were served were dirty and we sent them back. The lettuce wraps had an odd taste and we did not finish them. The entrees were almost cold and my chicken and fried rice were completely swimming in sauce- more of a stew. It was not at all what I normally order. My daughter’s order also had a very unusual taste. We were very disappointed and won’t be back.

The online order and cost for two was outrageous. The main entree was good, but did not like the white or brown rice. The pork fried rice and won ton soup were bland. I don't recommend it here.

Ordered online and picked up curbside. It was my first time eating at this restaurant and I was extremely satisfied. The wait time wasn’t long to get my food (not sure if that’s because of the pickup system due to covid but hey no complaints) and everything was nicely packaged. The honey shrimp wasn’t completely crispy maybe due to driving it home. I reheated it in my air fryer and it was delicious.

Great experience! We were promptly sat even though the dining room was busy. Our server was extremely polite and knowledgeable. We ordered the calamari which was delicious. The sauce that accompanies this dish is very flavorful. Our main dishes came out quickly and were delicious as well. I highly recommend!

First time going. We went during lunch hour so it was a bit packed. Took a little longer to get our food because of the time. However, the manager came out and spoke to guest. Our food arrived hot. The portions were a good size, enough that we had to take the rest home. Overall pleased with visit.

Website states they have dine in. Drove out for dinner and were turned away cuz they are only doing take out and delivery. Not good at all! If you change the service your offer, your website should reflect that change.

Pretty okay spot for a reasonably quick lunch or dinner when in the area. The salads are generally healthy and one can get steamed things from the menu. While one does not expect authentic anything here, the tendency to over use sugar can be a bit disconcerting and overwhelming. Things marked as spicy are spicy...and sweet! Service is always very good, rice perfectly steamed and soups and salads are pretty solid. The mini desserts are definitely worth a try!

First time trying this place and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and our waiter Jack was really helpful in deciding which foods to get and very friendly. The atmosphere was calm even though it was really busy. The price is just a little more then I thought but it was dinner time and worth it. The lo mein beef and Mongolian beef and lettuce wraps we're really good and tasty. We'll definitely have to come back again to try out their lunch specials.

Ordered food online and was told it was ready, then had to proceed to wait another 1hr 30min. Btw, I’m still waiting. No one apologizing for the wait whatsoever or assuring times or even know names on any orders. Used to be my favorite place to go; thanks for ruining my experience PF Chang’s!

Everything was fantastic up until I bit into the chicken in the combination lo mein and it was completely raw inside. The manager apologized, re-made the dish and we ended up getting desert for free.

Just had late lunch and was seated immediately outside with long wait for inside. Weather was awesome and Service (Kate) was first class. We had the fire cracker shrimp, Mongolian beef and Chang’s Spicy chicken. 👍👍👍👍👍

Friday nights are the best here in my opinion. Our waitress Katy was very welcoming! Great service and we even chatted throughout the night. I can say that although my partner got sick over the calamari - Katy made the dinner date better! Which is why I am leaving four stars instead of two.I ordered the fried rice with chicken and pork steamed dumplings. It was great!My partner has orange sesame shrimp & the calamari which we ended up tossing all of her leftovers. Sadly.

Took my wife and son along with a family friend to dinner tonight here at P.F Chang’s. The restaurant was not busy, the dinning room had just recently opened, my thought line was the food would be super fresh, hot and delicious. The food was lackluster at best, the entrees came out only warm. Being closed for so long, I thought they would put their best plate forward, I was wrong. The orange chicken seemed to have been bathed in the sauce as the batter had soaked the sauce becoming more paste like than a deep fried crunchy coating. The Mongolian beef was only warm, it didn’t come out right after cooking either. Sadly disappointed, especially for the price asked for “quality” Asian fare. Doubtful on a return meal

First time dinning in for any restaurant since February. We had to wait a bit to get a table, started off on the wrong side having to wait for our server too, BUT, everything was made up for. The food was excellent, Regan our server was awesome. She kept the refills coming, and checked in often. Overall, great experience. Great job P.F. Chang's La Canterra.

Absolute horrible service when ordering through Doordash and complete lack of accountability. Made my order on DoorDash and parked curbside, called to let them know I was there and what car I was in (like I’ve done many times). 30 mins later I’m still waiting, decided to call back and see what was going on. Apparently when you order on their website you can use curbside but when you order on DoorDash you have to come in and pick up you food. Someone came out to hand me my food and told me that they were “trying to look for my order” and it was sitting on the counter for me to come pick up?? So anyone can just came and grab it or what? And why didn’t they tell me to come in when I called? Did they just forget about me or did they just not care? I know restaurants are hurting right now with COVID but this is not the way to keep customers. The utter lack of care makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

Last visit wasn't good but we decided to try it again 8 months later and still....... Food came out the rice was mushy. Plain fried rice was straight mushy and soggy in the middle.....salmon and spinach came out drenched in the ginger sauce. It made all the spinach straight soggy. Been going to this restaurant for 15 years. From Milwaukee, WI to San Antonio and it actually has gotten worse (for us) over the years.
